These fit a bit tighter/smaller than previous models of Nike Boxing shoes. Recommend to go up half a size than usual. Wider feet go up one size.

For Woman sizing, please go down 1.0 size. For example a size 5 is equivalent to 6.0 in ladies size.

Please take proper care for any boxing shoes. Meant for indoor use only on mats, rings, and non abrasive surfaces...no concrete. Also when taking shoes off, remove them physically with your hands, not from the heel with your other foot. Proper maintenance and care will ensure long lasting boots!
